Size 42 in europe and size 10 in america. I hate my feet, I can only wear sneakers (and I can't stand them) I just want to cry when I realize that I will never be able to wear high heels or even ballerinas. In Germany the biggest size you can get in most shops is 41, if they have the size 42 they look like my grandma would wear them and even then they don't really fit because my feet are too wide (not to mention that my feet look huge in any shoe). I don't even go shoe shopping anymore, because I'm too embarrassed, I even lie to my friends and say that I'm a size 39. I can't even do anything about it, a operation is impossible because my toes are short.

You poor thing! I have noticed a lot of places are starting to do larger sizes now, our feet out getting bigger. Topshop are starting to introduce UK 9 sizes and there is always getting shoes made to order as a last resort. Have you tried looking for online larger shoe sizes?

I'm a US8.5/9 or a Euro 39.

My problem is that when the 8.5 is unbearably tight and I buy a 9 instead, eventually they stretch out a bit and I always need to get inserts, especially because my heels are a bit narrow. But the 8.5 is just unbearably tight to even attempt waiting for them to stretch!
