I assume you want to surprise him with a new look/style, rather than romantic date ideas?

- Get a new hairstyle (change color/ cut)
- Ask him (casually) what his fav. look for women is and surprise him by showing up that way on the anniversary date *if you like it too*
- If you don't wanna go too dramatic; get a french manicure, pamper yourself at home (DIY facial and body scrub, and moisturisure) and finish off by spraying on your fav perfume and powder to lock the scent.
