Who Makes This Bag?

Im hoping someone will know who makes this bag. If you look close... especially at the top by the shoulder strap it looks like theres a face. Does anyone have any ideas?
Thanks for any help you can give me. Im going nuts trying to figure it out.
PS. If you know anything about the t-shirt Im interested in that too.

I know & at the Gap but I want the real thing hee hee. Its either the real thing for me or nothing. When I settle for something kind of like something Im never happy with it. Hopefully Im able to find out who makes the bag.
