it's interesting how even jackie admitted that she has everything together except her relationship.

Exactly. It bothers me how concerned Jackie is with how Mimi's actions will reflect on the trainer's perception of Jackie. If she's so concerened with maintaining her professional reputation, shouldn't she not be fraternizing with employees at bars and parties in the first place?

(yes I know, it's tv...)

what was weird was how she fraternized with them yet had this distance from them. Maybe it was just because it was the Jody Watley thing. The whole gym was going. She was very concerned with image which i guess has taken her far in image conscious LA. I think that was part of the reason she didn't just leave the party when Mimi started acting weird--she wanted to look like she had everything under control. And maybe she liked Mimi because she is great eye candy and nice to have on your arm when you go out. But maybe she should worry less about image and more about substance. how do you date anyone named mimi anyway?

no kidding!

and on a I'm-going-to-be-hypersensitive-for-no-reason point, it really bothered me how when mimi was going crazy the other trainers were like "she's a crazy brasilian lesbian!","crazy brasilian lesbian!"

we're all hot headed, passionate crazy people, all of us, I swear

oh i know! I caught that too! and then the whole "well, my wife is peruvian so i know what you mean" from the hairdresser who looked gay as hell! "It's that Latin thing that i love but that drives me crazy..." or something to that effect. the americans commiserating about their hot headed latin lovers...

I finally got around to watching this week's episode. Erica is soooo pretty. She really does look like Angelina Jolie. Next week's show looks so sad though. I really liked Doug. :(

I liked Doug too! And we're already talking in past tense about him when the show hasn't even aired.

I'm really not enjoying Rebecca...she is so fake looking.

Jackie looked so hot in that suit when she was pitching her line to the clothing company...:P

I like this show an awful lot. Bravo is quickly emerging as my favorite channel, between this and all the "Top ____" shows. Marvelous!

I'm really enjoying this season! It's nice that Bravo didn't cancel it after the first season, like many stations do to new shows. Although I like Rebecca, I wish she would start going in a Tiffany-direction. They seem to have great chemistry, and Tiffany seems much more "real" than Rebecca. So sad about Doug though...I know I'm gonna cry next week
And I have to agree with you electriclady, Jackie looked smokin' in that suit! If only we all could find women as gorgeous, accomplished, successful, confident, etc etc...

Did you hear Jesse tell Jackie that she looks like Scarlett Johannsen's older sister? I can kinda see it.
