I like this mainly because I like the intention behind it. I also like the effortless attitude with the overtly complicated clothes...
I think the Margiela-ism needs to be interpreted with more though...It’s too superficial.
You can’t put him in a box and this is plus. He is a versatile designer. He can put a full length velvet gown and a very revealing little dress together, it looks coherent and convincing. He knows his woman and tbh, that’s more and more rare these days.
