YAHAIRA
Amsterdam native Yahaira Gezius is 22 years old with her roots coming from Suriname!

Yahaira is an ambitious and true entrepreneur.

Launching her own company in 2017 Yahaira started coaching and education young people on creative thinking techniques, citizenship and entrepreneurship. As of late she curates and develops educational programming for institutions like the Stedelijk Museum, challenging them on their inclusive programming and safe spaces.

When theater director Ira Kip was looking for actors in the LGBTQ+ community for her new play; Shrew Her, Yahaira got casted and immediately toured the Netherlands from 2017 to 2020. Shrew Her became an instant succes and was able to produce an extended tour in Suriname and Curaçao.

If that all wasn’t enough, modeling looking around the corner, with already some exclusive shoots under her belt she is ready to embrace what comes on her path. As Yahaira says best: Work hard and dream big but gratitude is a must!
