Louis Vuitton just finished moments ago and that is officially a wrap on PFW, as well as fashion month as a whole.

What's been the standout shows of the season? The letdowns and disappointments?

For me, Versace's up there with the best after that major Jennifer Lopez moment but can't say I've been blown away by my usual favorites this season (like Max Mara and Chanel, unfortunately).

As a whole, it's been another disappointing fashion month. The few standouts for me were Dries Van Noten, Junya Watanabe, and Rick Owens. They made me feel something. The rest fell so flat and it makes me sad.

I can remember a few years back when I used to look forward to the big names and feeling moved and excited, with a lot of those collections staying imprinted in my mind forever. Now, it's all a blur and blend of banality. Who or what is going to shake things up again ? I am hoping it happens soon because fashion is really boring at the moment.

Acne Studios.
Proenza Schouler.
Marc Jacobs.
J.W. Anderson.
Prada.
Gucci.
Moschino.
Dries Van Noten.
Rick Owens -show of the season-.
Junya Watanabe.
Lemaire.
Loewe.

Just move Marc, Prada, Gucci and JW Anderson to Paris and we're going to save A LOT OF TIME AND MONEY.

Victoria Beckham & Moschino had the best collection of the season for me (imagine that lol ) ...most of everything else was really really bad from my perspective ...

I love Junya Watanabe reconstructed trench-coats. I also love some pieces from Rick Owens.

That´s all. Such a depressive fashion landscape. Each new season gets worse than the season before.

By the way...what happened to Jacquemus?? Not that I miss him; but I remember he hasn´t presented his collection.

It is a fact that fashion and most of it's designers are stuck in a massive identity crisis. it's all so lame and tame, safe and yes, boring.

Best by far: JW Anderson
Good: Arthur Arbesser, Chalayan, Valentino, Moschino, Celine (boring too, but it has a defined look), Lemaire (but only the offerings for men)
Bad: Miu Miu, The Row, Prada, Dior, Burberry, Gucci, Givenchy and many more

Best:
-DRIES VAN NOTEN x LACROIX
-LOEWE
-LOUIS VUITTON
-JW ANDERSON (I hate his breasts situation tho).

Honorable mention:
-ELIE SAAB
-MARGIELA, because despite the theatrics, the clothes were good!
-MARC JACOBS(i saw the clothes at the resee today and it was fabulous)
- MOSCHINO(it was just great)
- PRADA
- MIU MIU
- N21
- MISSONI
- AFTERHOMEWORK(it had a great energy)
- DURO OLOWU(just good unfuzzy clothes)
- The polos shirts and knitwear at LACOSTE
- The orange coat at TOM FORD

Worst:
-Chanel & Fendi : the master is gone and everything falls apart!
-Dior: same collection so, same critics!
-Givenchy
-Lutz Huelle (it breaks my heart)
-Haider Ackermann (it breaks my heart part 2)
-Nina Ricci
-Courreges
-Rodarte
Almost everything at NYC...

By the way...what happened to Jacquemus?? Not that I miss him; but I remember he hasn´t presented his collection.

He showed his womenswear with his menswear before the Couture season in The south of France.

Thank you! It´s true...I have a very vague memory of it.

My top 10:

1. Bottega Veneta
2. Proenza Schouler
3. Prada
4. Maison Margiela
5. Loewe
6. JW Anderson
7. Hermes
8. Chloe
9. Alexander McQueen
10. Salvatore Ferragamo

Disappointments for me were Dior, Miu Miu, Balmain, Fendi.

Damn, I forgot Margiela. Such a bunch of terrific clothes.

Alexander McQueen is my favorite collection

Saint Laurent is my best show, the music is perfect

my favourites

Dries Van Noten & Christian Lacroix
Rick Owens
Maison Margiela
Marc Jacobs
Moschino
Comme des Garcons

I liked some pieces from Louis Vuitton, Burberry, Balenciaga, Chalayan, Gucci and Celine - just not the whole collections unfortunately. Those brands are the ones I wait most for each season.

The regrettable collection for me was Balmain.

It was an interesting season. A lot of designers improved while other's really missed the mark. Then there was a large group in the middle that played it very safe and commercial. The safe group was mostly LVMH and Kering brands, but what's new?

Best:

Michael Kors
Marc Jacobs
Tom Ford
JW Anderson
Prada
Moschino
Versace
Dolce & Gabbana.
Valentino
Miu Miu

Worst:

Area
Jason Wu
Kate Spade
Marni
Bottega Veneta
Gucci
Lanvin
Givenchy
Balmain
Chanel

The season had quite a few worthwhile collections and my favorites didn't fail me.

Best:
Loewe (The Loewe woman didn't spent her summer globetrotting but at her country state, admiring her family heirlooms. Divine)
J.W. Anderson (Very different from his Loewe show but just as magical)
Rick Owens (Those last few gowns were orgasmic)
Prada (Not her best by any measure but it felt pure and chic. A much needed palatte cleanser)
Dries Van Noten (The collab to end all others)
Moschino (Surprisingly good)
Maison Margiela (Wearable yet exciting)
Yohji Yamamoto (One of his best in recent memory)

Honorable Mentions:
Proenza Schouler (Passé, but it's a step in the right direction and it did have desirable clothes for once)
Lemaire (A bit safe but you just know there are many women dying to try those clothes on)
Marni (I choose to see a diamond in the rough)
Simone Rocha (She makes cutesy look fierce)
No. 21 (One of the few shows were the menswear was just as good as the womenswear. I yearn for that sliced car coat)

Worst:
Louis Vuitton (Then again, he could make the honorable mention list next season, he's inconsistent like that).
Gucci (Boring, gimmicky and annoying)
Balenciaga (Same as Gucci but even lazier which is saying much)
Courreges (Trying so hard and failing even harder)
Balmain (An affront against good taste that just went on and on...and on)
Richard Quinn (Weird, tacky and provincial)

Most Boring:
Celine (I miss more than just the accent on the "e")
Burberry (The clock's ticking...)
Chanel (Yaaaawn)

in order:

Fendi
Burberry
Versace
Alexander McQueen
Paco Rabanne
Valentino
Bottega Veneta
Balmain
Sportmax
Philosophy di Lorenzo Serafini

great:
Zimmermann, Dries Van Noten, Missoni, Ferragamo, Moschino

My favorites this season were:

Dries Van Noten
Junya Watanabe
JW Anderson
Khaite (with better styling)
Maison Margiela
Rick Owens
Wales Bonner
Yohji Yamamoto

The rest was really forgettable. I was very disappointed by Bottega Veneta and Virginie's Chanel.

Best:
J W Anderson
Gucci
Loewe
Bottega Veneta
Celine
Junya Watanabe

Worst:
Louis Vuitton
Chanel
Balenciaga
Balmain

All else are not worthy of remembering them

For me the complete highlight was Dries Van Noten. It made me so, so happy.

Beyond that I liked:
Valentino, Rick Owens, Mugler, Saint Laurent, Versace, Richard Quinn, David Koma, Thom Browne, Rodarte, Maison Margiela, Haider Ackermann, Attico & Brandon Maxwell

The worst for me:
Tom Ford (that hurts me to say), Moschino, Lanvin, Nina Ricci, D&G, Prada, Dior... but the absolute worst of the season goes to Balmain.
