I have recently thought about new proportions for a classic skirt suit - I´d make the jacket very fitted, something in between of a short coat and a long jacket, doublebreasted and tulip shape, underneath you´d have a pencil skirt that would flare out like a crinoline, right where the jacket coat ends... I think it might be a very beautiful look for a certain woman to wear
