Just got a really good job which I am slightly gutted about because I was about to just bum off to Africa for a bit. Even though I have never really wanted to go to much of sub-saharan Africa, it is CHEAP! And I am not designed for English winters.

Anyway Nepal in September for a month trekking for sure. Brazil in December to visit a friend for my x-mas holidays for sure. And maybe somewhere in the summer. I don't really have the urge to travel in summer cos London is so so gorgeous then and you have everthing at your fingertips. Plus in the summer the southern hemisphere is cold and I'm a bit of a travel snob... well not a snob -more I am not really inclined to go to the same places over and over - and I have done Europe to death growing up. My travel dreams of late have involved the Maldives and the South Pacific a lot. I never used to be a beach person because my parents are boring and took me to a beach every summer. Then one summer we didn't go and all through winter I regreted it. I got some of my beach cravings out in LA and Cuba last year but not enough! I just might drop everything and head off to Fiji or Tahiti or The Cook Islands at some point.

Oh I am going to Dublin next month but I don't know if that counts as a holiday for a Brit!

In 29 days Im going to Vegas for 4 days, then on the fourth day, were going to New York for 4 days.
I am super excited. Ive been to New York before when I was 11, but I havent been to Vegas. So Im excited about that.
