How discovered:
The thought of modelling had never really occurred to me up until I was about 17 when a friend suggested that I should ‘model.’ I didn’t really think it would of been a possibility at the time. But the thought played on my mind and with a lot of encouragement from my friend I emailed some photos to agencies in Melbourne and within the next few weeks, I was signed.
Favorite things:
Architecture and Graphic design, I love all kinds of books, Skateboarding the mini-ramp my friends and I built with our bare hands and lounging around with the family at home on Sunday evenings.
Favorite music, band:
At the top of the list would have to be; Fourtet, Flying Lotus, Louis Armstrong, Debussy, Clams Casino and anything by Dan Snaith. I’m taken by anything electronic/jazz/classical, and those guys pretty much do it for me.
Favorite movie, tv show:
I have too many favourite movies, but probably ‘The Darjeeling Limted’, by Wes Anderson or ‘Dogville’ by Lars Von Trier.
Favorite designer, fragrance or beauty product:
The Aesop skin care range, it makes my skin smell and feel so nice.
What would you be doing if you weren’t modeling?
Working away at my Bachelors of Architecture and Design, I’m about halfway through.
What’s something uncool that you love anyway?
Ikea, well I guess it is pretty cool, but the fact that they make you walk, one way, through the entire store is uncool.
Favorite modeling experience so far?
To be honest, all the experiences I had modelling to date have been rather enjoyable, but frantically trekking through Paris for castings, although quite challenging when half the time you have no clue of where you are going, would have to be a favorite.
What’s the best thing about your hometown/country?
The river/state forest that is a stones throw from my doorstep. It’s a rather nice sight.
Which brand would you really love to model for?
I’m completely open to what ever opportunities come my way, so I’d be delighted to model for any brand that would take me on board.
Place you would love to visit:
Japan, New Zealand, Canada, Nepal, or anywhere with snow/forest and a touch of adventure.
Currently you’re obsessed with/about:
Oatmeal, I’m totally obsessed with it.
