I'm so pissed. I recently bought this and have only used it a few times but look what happened! It just broke way too easily! There's a long strap that goes along with it and it got caught. I just pulled a little and it ripped I actually didn't want to buy it because it was expensive..ugh. Any chance they will offer me something if I go and complain? I really loved it.

You should definetly go back. I don't know about other countries but in the UK it's within a customers rights that if an item is faulty (except due to wear and tear from having owned the item for a reasonably long time) you are entitled to your money back, or at the very least store credit. Even stores that operate on a no refunds policy have to take back faulty goods in a time frame of at least 6 months from purchase if it's obvious that the fault isn't due to wear and tear, accidental damage or misuse of the item. The first thing they'll offer is a replacement if they still stock the bag but you don't have to take it.

You should look up your consumer rights for your country and then go in there. If they refuse to refund you or give you store credit then start rattling off your rights and they'll refund you straight away. It near enough always works because the store staff don't want other customers overhearing you kicking up a fuss about their policies because it'll mean people being put off the store.

if you live in the UK you can return anything/get it repaired thats faulty or broken for SIX years. thats the law. if you live in the rest of the EU its two years.

there you can create an address in another country (only tried UK and USA yet), send the stuff you bought to those adresses and DHL will send it to your home.
For Example: You order an Iphone in UK. They dont deliver to Germany. So you give Apple that DHL-UK-Address and DHL will send it to Germany/Austria.

it started here in canada yesterday morning according to an SA I called today.

i checked online and the blazers that were on sale were only 10$ off. Same with the shirts.
im not impressed so i wont expect much when i go to the store.
