GetCloser, no problem. :flower:

I have just ordered this navy jogging blazer. Am in love with it and have been waiting for navy to show up since I have seen it IRL.

educo is it this one cause I was just going to ask if anybody has seen this in toronto:

zara

YES! I hope you find them! There was only one store here in NYC that had them. I suggest copying the number off the site and calling the nearest Zara. They can tell you which Zara has it and you can call that store and put it on hold. That's what I did:D

interesting that only one store had it. im hoping more stores have them.

I usually pick up my orders at the store but from the 16th until the 27th the option isn't possible. Anyone know why? Just curious.

The Zara online store is so random. Suddenly a few shoes (including one I wanted) are restocked after being gone for weeks. And it's not like they were all selling super fast.

The Zara stores in New York City are like that too!! It always seems that stuff is all gone, then some time later it's all back..or sometimes back in another location...So annoying

^in the previous page TFSers say Zara rotates stock between the different stores. But it still seems random to me that things from months ago pops up on the online stores. They hardly every restock their items online and suddenly old stuff comes back. lol. It's great one of the things was something I had been looking for for a while though.

:angry::angry: I'm so fuming mad right now! I wore this cardigan for the first time today and it managed to leave green spots and streaks all over a white tank top I wore underneath, as well as my canvas shoulder bag!  The tank top is a goner, but I think the bag might be more or less okay - I managed to get rid of most of the green. It's still soaking in the tub right now as it needed a wash anyway. And of course I neither have the receipt nor the tags for the cardigan.

I've worn those basic Zara cardigans and sweaters for years without any problems, it never even occurred to me that there was a chance of something like this happening. But then they have been either white or beige or, in one instance, charcoal grey. Has this happened to anyone else with Zara clothes?

Yes it happened with a stripe top once. It left spots on a blazer. But the store did not want to charge it!

i stopped buying this kind of cardigans from Zara a long time ago since they always look so old after wearing them once or twice, the quality is just really bad....

maybe you can go back to the store and ask for a refund? they should understand what happened wasn't your fault....

I just had a close look to that jacket we were talking about, I took back everything I said about her... I thought it was an evening jacket with some sparkle and it turns out to be a hoodie? then I found this one, thoughts?
zara

I had to go to Zara to burn some time this morning and tried this jacket on!!! It looked so good that I had to bring it home with me!^_^

I bought this top a couple of weeks ago, I thought I'd post since I haven't seen it on the website! I love it, it was only £19.99 and it's 100% Viscose. :)

elle s'ennuie, i think you should insist on returning it. if the sales assistant is unhelpful ask to speak with the manager. usually garments will have a hangtag that indicated the possibility of bleed-through on garments/couches etc.

you are going to have to be firm with them. the cashier will tell you "no" at first probably because they wouldnt want their register totals to go down because of a return. tell them you can't leave until you speak with a manager and wait by the check out register. they'll want you to leave the register area because it can deter other shoppers if the line is too long.

print out the page that has the item # on it from zara.com so they can look up how much it costs for the return.

if it's on the garment, then they might say there's a warning and that it's your own fault. I would've never expected a (zara) cardigan to ruin other clothing though. I've never had that problem but then again, they are usually neutral colors as well.

eu-pt did you forget to bring one for me? :P

*k.a.t.e* beautiful top! Im looking for a bright one aswell but I already said that I banned Zara to myself till sales

sorry to that hearelle s'ennuie

i agree explain yourself to them and try to return it. it doesn't hurt to try. maybe bring proof too so they can see why you're upset.

on another note, isn't it interesting zara doesn't have twitter?

i bought a colorful t-shirt at zara last week.
this week i washed it in 30C like it said on instructions.
the result was not what i wanted, all the colours had faded away.
what to do???
