Being in the states...Ive been disappointed going into Zara...nothing's really stood out for me...HOWEVER, online is another story...

Does anyone know if Zara will give you store credit if you want to return something and have lost the receipt? I'm in the UK if that makes a difference!

^For new collection: If the item is not worn, and the label still attached, they'll probably suggest you choose something else, if you don't find anything and keep asking your money back, they have to. It's Zara policy. Some stores might even give you your money back instantly.
For sale items, I'm not sure, I think you'll only be able to choose something else, no cash refund.

I just received this coat and I am in love! I love how you can wear it kinda open but it still covers the chest/neck area which is the most vulnerable when cold.
