^the glorious land.....that song makes the hairs stand up. she also did some versions of 'meet za monster','big exit','angelene','down by the water','the sky lit up','c'mon billy'.....nothing post 'stories from the city' though. but it was splendid as always. i've seen her live during the 'stories' tour and it's true what they always say about her live....she is fantastic.
i do have to say,however,i do feel the new music is more conducive to more intimate venues. the sound quality i think is a bit better.
there's actually some videos from some of the performances she's done already in europe that i'll get up on her thread it's really,really as beautiful in it's raw state as it is on the album. there's something so euphoric,enigmatic and nuanced that i've never quite experienced with her other albums. i think it's by far her greatest work to date.
