Wednesday: 2.25 mile walk/jog/run (outdoors---because the weather was perfect!)
 
I recommend you Sylwia's Wiesenberg method called Tonique:smile: you watch watch some of her videos on youtube , just type Sylwia Wiesenberg.
 
10 minutes of stairs, running and crazy dancing(something like cardio i guess)... 45 reverse crunches, 40 sit-ups and 100 crunches.

1 hour and 20 min walking fast on the trademill and 30 min on the elliptical trainer
 
Mon- 30 min power walk
Wed- Soul Cycle
Friday- Soul Cycle
Saturday - 25 minute power walk/run
Sunday - Soul cycle :smile:

I'm feelin' dead!
 
12 mile bike commute,
30 minutes of elliptical, 30 minutes of stationary bike at the gym.
 
tuesday: 12 mile bike commute, 40 minutes of elliptical, 40 minutes of stationary bike
wednesday: 12 mile bike ride
 
Mon/Wed/Fri Run (3.5 miles Upper body (weight training) - Yoga (1 hour)
Tues/Thurs Run (3.5 miles) Lower body (weight training) Stretching (20-30 minutes)
Sat/Sun Re cooperate :cry:

40 lunges, 30 reverse crunches and the usual 100 crunches. I've been lazy this past days, i'll think i'll go for a jog tomorrow. :smile:
