upper arm bracelets/cuffs?

Hi, do you have any idea where can I find a shop that sells upper arm bracelets or armbands like juliette lewis sports in these pictures? I tried looking for "upper arm" on ebay but all I find are snake like, exotic/indian kind of bracelets. I am looking for the more punkish style, and elastic rubber bands would be fine too.
Also, if you can suggest shops that ship internationally it would be a bonus, cause I am writing from Italy. Thanks!!!

^ i doubt these bands are made specifically for the upper arm - just buy normal wrist ones and push them up!

Agreed. I know Nicole Richie does that but then again, all bracelets would probably do that on her arms. I guess you just need to make sure they're large enough in diameter to fit all the way up.

From the looks of the picture, could Juliette possibly be sporting hair ties of some kind? They seem just plain.
