Just bought this issue and it has a really beautiful and natural photo shot of Veruschka by Rubartelli. I think she looks radiant on these pictures 
Also, by the other token, some quite wacky Avedon shots of Jean Shrimpton and Benedetta Barzini in large hairpieces (altho not as large as Veruschka would soon make famous!!). Wondering why Avedon always made his models pose in those sort of birthing positions, lying on side with one leg in the air? He utilised that pose A LOT in the 60s, perhaps it was a breaking down of barriers.
