Ive only recently been acquainted with this brand based in France with production in Brasil.
I saw a trend coming... a very green trend and these sneakers/trainers play a big part in this trend.
They are produced following the fair trade principle of using
ecological leather
organic cotton
wild natural rubber
(all sourced out in Brasil)
and
fair price paid to small producers

Big name retailers such as Colette and Barneys have been proudly claiming going green in campaigns so how many are catching on?
I was surprised tFS being a trendsetter didnt have a topic on these already.
(I admit Im also a bit late as they seem quite popular in Paris:innocent:)
This is my pair by Christine Phung:heart:

they are pretty popular in italy too... it's pretty recent, they started becoming trendy around 6 months ago! I think they are great simple sneakers. I made my bf buy the black suede/leather low tops this summer :P

I've seen them sold on yoox.com, for anyone that's interested in purchasing online.

I wore mine today and I must say: unexpectedly comfy
and they look good :shifty:

can't believe they're produced in brasil but not sold there, anywhere! i guess it'd be pretty damn expensive
