I thought it was Joseph Culp at first but if it's a Bastiaan it's probably Bastiaan van Gaalen.

i don't get the cover, nor the "thematic" ...
i don't know if the model does the maestro, plays air-violin, climbs an invisible mountain or just acts like a monkey ...
but in a whole it looks bad ... to me.
