burbuja, I just took a look at some of my 1993 and 1994 German Vogue mags and it says that the editor was Angelica Blechschmidt. Unfortunately I have no idea when she started and ended her career as an editor. Maybe a moderator should change the title since I no longer can. What I read in Wikipedia said it was Christine but obviously the magazine credits are much more believable.

April 2003 was her last issue and May 2003 first under Arp

Since it all already mixed here and none of the editors were that special for a separate thread. With frames of launching year and Arp's last issue
