I wonder why when she started modeling she didn't get the gap in her teeth fixed...She and Lara Stone look very cute- but when one of my friends went to Ford to get started, that was the first thing they said- get the teeth fixed and come back... I'm surprised it wasn't a factor when they were starting out...Even Lauren Hutton had a false tooth to put in when she got her zillion dollar Revlon deal, they evidently thought it was too distracting... Maybe it's a good sign that such 'imperfections' are being left alone now... ;)

^^ I personally think that her teeth gap makes her even more beautiful! Hehe, and I must confess that I'd like to have a teeth gap too, I think it's so cool and unique :)

All those close ups are so amazing. Abbey has the loveliest face ever and I just love to watch photos of her :) Plus I adore her hair, especially her hair color.:P
 
i'm not really informed about the way agencies work and choose models, but actually i think they only set standards, but if a model is truly promising and unique-looking, they don't care that much for them... in most cases i'm not fond of teeth gaps, but it's a part of abbey's appeal and i totally get used to it!

It depends on the model, the agent and whether or not the gap is considered visually appealing. I think gap teeth add a lot of character to the face of the right girl, but I can see why an agent might encourage a girl to get her teeth fixed.

Luckily Abbey kept hers, it suits her look. She has a very carefree, almost beachy kind of allure, it would be odder to see a girl like her with completely perfect Hollywood teeth.

love abbey. Shes totally the best. I wonder if shell be at the short movie projection in cannes (if so i hope shell appear on tv :crush:)
 
abbey made me melt when she spoke french in the movie
and i love the way she dances! :D
