I don't think she intentionally does it. I honestly think she's just lost so much weight that they stand out more. They look horrible in my opinion.

Yes,they don't look good at all,but honestly I believe she's sucking them. You can see it,it is similar to Caroline Brasch Nielsen,it's just unnatural. Even people who naturally have their cheeks very prominent don't look like that.
