I wish they'd let her hair go back to a more natural blonde... that bleach job is awful... her hair is so damaged it looks like a bad wig

I also thought the previous colour(s) was much more flattering. I'm really on the fence about her new hair and can't see why her agency would choose to damage it just to work locally where it doesn't seem the new look is necessary. I'd like to hope that they are thinking about trying her out overseas again but won't hold my breath.
