they are MFA students at academy of art university...
each student gets to show pieces from their final collection on the runway...
they are the only school to show at the bryant park tents...

When I saw this on the calender I thought it was pretty cool. Seeing these pieces however it is a bit of a let down. It's not nearly as enticing as CSM's MA show.

I'm thinking about applying too, they sent me a dvd on the fashion program that had the BA and MA show. It showed jewelry, knitwear, and textile designs, they were really good and the professors seemed really helpful.

the school is supposed to be very challenging
