I prefer my Officials to the Superstar. They're indentical but the Official has a smooth toecap, different stripe detailing and mine are purple!

Those are produced in a limited run of 350 and handcrafted in the Adidas factory in Germany. The whole shoe is made from leather, even the bottom sole. Not really made for wearing, more as collectible for sneaker freaks. I don't agree with the Kimora comparison, she is more bling-for-sake-of-bling but I find the adidas box quite tastefully done.
