Alessandra is an award-winning beauty journalist and stylist with over 12 years' experience shooting in Paris, New York and LA. Now based in London, she is Beauty Director of GLAMOUR, the UK's biggest selling magazine, following 6 years as Beauty Director of COSMOPOLITAN.

Throughout her career, Alessandra has worked with many of the world's leading fashion photographers, including Patrick Demarchelier, Kenneth Willardt, Thomas Schenk, Nicolas Moore, Chris Craymer, Derek Kettela and David Oldham, collaborating with artists like Sam McKnight, Serge Normant, Luigi Murenu, Val Garland, Lisa Eldridge, Polly Osmond and Wendy Rowe to create some of the UK's most arresting beauty images. Also a celebrated writer, she has received numerous industry prizes including Wella's Hair Journalism Award for Most Captivating Consumer Feature and P&G's Beauty Award for Best Beauty in a Magazine. A natural on camera, Alessandra has made various television and radio appearances as a beauty expert, from GMTV to How To Look Good Naked, and most recently presenting Glamour's Fast Beauty App for the iTunes and Android market.
