How does that work? Did she get paid a straight-out fee? Or, since it's still ongoing...?

One time fee, but I thought it was for a certain time frame.

depends on the contract and the usage agreed to...her agent should have the contract...no?

She was with Next for 4 months and they booked the job for her,then Ali went back to Ford so I don't know whether to ask her agent at Ford or contact Next. They weren't to happy when she left.

I would contact ford first and see if they can do anything...maybe they will contact next for you... since next got the commission...they are probably the ones who will know what's up... not too sure...but that's what i'd do...

you should definitley check it out...chances are there's a usage clause in the contract ...but sometimes companies run stuff they're not suppose to...and you can get more $$$ out of them...worth looking into if you have the time...
