Earthly accomplishments: Besides your required reading—the Victoria’s Secret swimwear catalog—Alina has graced Gap ads and the pages of Cosmo and Bazaar.
Mission accomplished: “I think when you do a magazine, all the pictures are about showing your personality. I’m very exotic looking, and so this is a very sexy shoot.”
Preparation: “I read all the time. You’ve gotta know everything, even about politics. I just read The Alchemist. I want to be able to talk about anything in detail.”
Downtime: “I like all kinds of movies, especially action movies, but The Lord of the Rings is my favorite.”
All too human: “I tend to be very jealous, I think because I’m a Scorpio. If I trust a person, I can control myself. But every woman is secretly jealous, and that can be good. That’s why I get along with Cancers. They have good hearts, and they’re gentlemen.”
Method acting: “I want to be an actress. I was on an audition for a horror movie, and the lady who was the casting director told me I was going to have to scream. She asked me, ‘When’s the last time you really screamed?’ and I said, ‘Last night.’”

The right stuff: “It would be interesting to visit space. As long as I knew I could get back, I’d love to go, just to be different and try something new.”
