Why she's famous
One day, someone told her that if Alain Delon were a woman, she'd look like her. Without knowing that the resemblance isn't purely coincidental - Alain Delon is her grandfather.


Her style
Sexy and eccentric, with a romantic, typically French allure.


Zoom
She was born out of the young love affair between Anthony Delon, the French actor's first son, and the Crazy Horse dancer Marie-Hélène Le Borges, and was raised by her mother in the small town of Neuilly sur Seine. She met her grandfather for the first time at the age of 11.

Proud and determined to make it on her own, her passion for acting came about at a young age, but she never wanted to cash in on her famous last name.

At the age of 14, the director Nadine Trintignant cast her in a small part in the movie, "L'île bleue". She kept going on auditions and was chosen for the short film "La pute et le guitariste" and the movie "La luer de l'espoir" by James Ewing.

She began attending the prestigious Cours Simon in Paris, and to pay her bills she worked for eleven hours a day as a waitress at the Piccolo Mondo, an Italian restaurant in Neuilly, frequented often by the sons of president Nicolas Sarkozy.

In 2009 she posed for a photo shoot for Vanity Fair Italia. She considered being a model, and appeared in magazines like Grazia Francia and Estilo, but she wasn't ready to give up on her dreams of being an actress.

And there are women who practically bought the entire line of the Shaping collection by Intimissimi when her splendid ad campaign appeared in fashion magazines.

She's very close to her younger brother, with whom she still lives in Neuilly.

Petite-fille de l'acteur Alain Delon, la mannequin française de 26 ans, qui a fait une apparition remarquée au Festival de Cannes, trace sa route à Los Angeles.

D'où vient-elle?
Alyson Le Borges (prononcer "Le Borgesse") naît à Paris, le 4 septembre 1986. Elle grandit à Neuilly-sur-Seine (92) sans connaître l'identité de son père, Anthony Delon, qui avait eu une aventure sans lendemain avec sa mère, Marie-Hélène Le Borges, danseuse au Crazy Horse.
En 2008, ce dernier révèle l'existence de sa fille dans son livre Le Premier Maillon, où il explique avoir appris sa naissance sur le tard. "Au-delà de la trahison, j'ai vécu cette annonce comme un viol. Je m'étais juré que mon premier enfant, je le ferais par amour, avec une femme que j'aimerais. Que je fonderais un foyer, une famille, et que je réussirais là où mes parents avaient échoué", écrit-il sans mâcher ses mots.
"Je n'ai pas de père, mais ça ne m'a jamais posé de problème dans le sens où je n'ai jamais connu autre chose...", assure Alyson Le Broges dans une récente interview à Flavor. "Il me manque peut-ête une structure, mais chacun a ses bagages affectifs et familiaux, non?" Et d'ajouter, avec une pointe de provocation: "Je n'appartiens à aucune dynastie!"
La jeune femme, qui n'a pas gardé de contact avec son père, semble même soulagée de ne pas faire partie du clan: "Je ne me suis jamais sentie écrasée car je n'étais que la petite-fille. On ne m'attend pas au tournant comme on a pu attendre mon père au tournant. Cette ascendance ne m'a jamais fait peur car je me sentirai toujours comme un électron libre."

Que fait-elle?
Egérie de la ligne Shaping Control de la marque de lingerie italienne Intimissimi, Alyson Le Borges a signé un contrat avec l'agence de mannequins Marilyn Agency. "J'ai commencé le mannequinat vers l'âge de six mois", raconte-t-elle au Vogue Italie. Vanity Fair, Grazia, ELLE ou GQ devant l'objectif d'Ellen Von Unwerth... Elle enchaîne les séries mode dès 2010. Avec ses courbes généreuses, on la fait souvent poser en sous-vêtements ou en maillot de bain. Elle se retrouve même topless et en string dans une vidéo pour la chaîne espagnole d'instituts de beauté Germaine de Capuccini.

En parallèle, Alyson Le Borges essaie de percer dans le cinéma. En 1997, à seulement 13 ans, elle fait une apparition dans le téléfilm L'île bleue de Nadine Trintignant, aux côtés de Pierre Arditi et Anouk Aimée. Son bac en poche, elle part vivre pendant un an à Londres, avant de revenir dans la capitale française pour suivre le Cours Simon. En 2010, elle joue dans le court-métrage A Girl and A Dress de Raphaël Gianelli-Meriano. "J'aime jouer, créer un personnage, sortir de moi... L'ambiance des plateaux aussi. Mais j'évite de trop y penser. Lorsque tu montes des plans, tu es toujours déçue."
En 2013, elle foule le tapis rouge du Festival de Cannes dans une robe rouge Armani, quelques jours avant son grand-père, Alain Delon. "On se donne des nouvelles. Si un jour, j'ai besoin de conseils pour un film, je demanderai bien sûr à mon grand-père. C'est un acteur de légende! J'ai beaucoup à apprendre de lui", observe-t-elle.

A quoi la reconnaît-on?
Son regard bleu intense et sa dentition ultrabright à la Allison Williams (Girls). Ses sourcils fournis et ses formes à la Sophia Lauren. Son teint hâlé et ses longs cheveux bruns ondulés à la Isabeli Fontana. La ressemblance avec son père et son grand-père est également frappante: même regard, même sourire, même charisme. Mais elle n'a pas les yeux vairons de sa tante, Anouchka Delon, de quatre ans son aînée.

A suivre?
Oui. On apprécie son côté rebelle et garçon manqué. Une nana qui aime les soirées bière et pizza devant un film girly avec Sandra Bullock ou Charlize Theron, c'est forcément une fille cool, non? Même si elle joue les divas sur tapis rouge, la bombe n'hésite pas à se déguiser en garçon pour le magazine urbain 25. Preuve qu'elle ne se prend pas au sérieux. Et contrairement à la plupart des "filles de", elle n'est pas née avec une cuillère en argent dans la bouche. Pendant ses études, elle bossait comme serveuse au restaurant Piccolo Mondo pour arrondir ses fins de mois.
Où la trouver?
En couverture du numéro "Spécial Beauté" de juin du magazine Flavor, actuellement en kiosques. Sur une planche de surf, quelque part sur une plage de sable fin à Los Angeles, où elle vit depuis trois ans. A un concert de la chanteuse islandaise Björk, dont elle est fan. Et pourquoi pas un jour sur le podium d'un défilé de son créateur préféré, Giambattista Valli.

Twenty-six year-old Alyson Le Borges is the granddaughter of Alain Delon and the daughter of Anthony Delon, but she has enough major modeling campaigns and starring roles under her belt to not have to rely on famous relatives. We tore her away from all of the action in Antibes for an impromptu seaside photo shoot. Here, the rising star reminisces about her first fashion show and shares her big plans.

CATASTROPHIC CATWALK “My first runway show was for Gala Magazine’s Birthday Issue. I lost my shoe before the first step, so I just threw the other shoe and did it barefoot! [laughs]”

MEMORY LANE “I can’t even remember my first fashion memory—probably because I was only six months old!”

SUMMER LOVING “I just bought some long Calvin Klein dresses and surfing clothes from Roxy.”

TRICKS OF THE TRADE “Always remove your makeup—no matter what. Lots of water, exercise, especially water exercise. Also, I just discovered an amazing Kiehl’s night serum.”

FUTURE PROJECTIONS "The Skin Territory is a trilogy about a girl who disappeared in Thailand, where people kill for money. She finds herself on a contract, having to kill her dad who had abandoned her when she was a kid. To be continued!”

BIG PLANS “Every time that I had a plan, nothing happened as expected and everything is moving so fast now. There’s another modeling project, but sometimes it’s better not to reveal—it could be bad luck.”
