America has every right to have that reaction. She wasn't booked for that interview to talk about Gossip Girl or hear someone talk about the show. Blake and America were there to promote their movie.

As an entertainment reporter my experience is that celebs know that when promoting one project if they have any other major projects they will probably be asked about that project as well in an interview. This is the case even in a group interview situations. It's a given. There's tremendous interest in Gossip Girl and the new season. It would have been a huge hole in the interview if the reporter didn't ask about Gossip Girl, as well as Ugly Betty. It's what these two actresses are best known for. America's reaction was petty and immature. All negativity should have been directed at the interviewer and not toward Blake.


And I don't even like Blake!
