Ami F/W 2026.27 Paris

I love AMI and I think the collection was good.
It’s maybe less sophisticated in the styling, more relatable to how people dress in Paris but nevertheless it was good.

It’s maybe time to create another logo than the Ami de Coeur that has become slightly obnoxious. The womenswear was good.

The niche he has created for himself is a bit of a tricky one to evolve in and the womenswear allows him a freedom that maybe his menswear don’t. However closing with that look was a bit off putting.

As usual money well spend with a glorious cast.

I love it.
Good cast, great avenue and fabulous soundtrack.
The clothes are great, classic Parisian looks but much more elevated. This feels like a much more sophisticated and true to the evolution of his style.
The women is obviously much more layered while the men is really straightforward.
The tailoring is good, and the bags are great.
The styling is good, but there a a few looks I could do without to make the collection much more cohesive and stronger.
Oh and he switched to Elodie David this season instead of Carlos, what do you think @Lola701??

I think this is the right step for his brand.

I was like…Something is different.
I almost commented that the layering is at an MAS level but the show wasn’t structured the way she structured hers so I knew it wasn’t her behind.

Good for Elodie! Much better than what she did at Chloe.

It feels more Parisian and has a sense of realness that has disappeared since he stopped working with Pau Avia.

It’s great but I hate this trend of closing shows with a lackluster look on a top girl.

Alexandre is doing his thing.
