Who is the gentleman?

I am watching Felicity and Amy Smart's in several of the episodes. I used to love her! I was also going through some old magazine clippings and I believe I tore out a few from Seventeen and Elle. Those eyes! She is so pretty.

The guy is Brandon Williams, her actor-boyfriend. They've been on-and-off (but mostly on) since they were 16! He hasn't had nearly the same amount of sucess as her, but he did have a small role in the excellent "Mean Creek." As someone earlier in the thread mentioned, Amy Smart has been in some of the absolute worst movies of the '90s and '00s. "Mean Creek" probably got better reviews than all of Smart's movies combined!
