and now..the Armani Hotels

It is been initialed today the agreement between Giorgio Armani and Mohamed Ali Alabbar for the international development chain of the Armani Hotels and Resorts. EMAAR Hotel and Resorts LLC some property development, the construction, the management and the effectiveness will be occupied, while Armani will be occupied, also for the insides and the complements, of the relevant concepts to the design and to the style. EMAAR properties, to the actual associated EMAAR Hotels and Resorts LLC, supports a separate society of management, under the direction of Mohamed Ali Alabbar, for the management and the effectiveness of the new project of Armani, while already from a year Giorgio Armani is occupied some design and of the style of the novelties. In the programs are planned at least seven new openings of hotel and three resort of vacation in ten years, with an economical engagement of beyond 1 billion dollars aside of EMAAR. The scheduled first will be at Dubai within the first quarter of 2008, in the context of the project Burj Dubai of EMAAR Properties. For this first step is expected also a record, thanks to the tower that the highest residential and commercial building of the world will become, besides 175 rooms and suite and to the services of restaurant and spa, that together will occupy the surface of 40 thousand meters managers. They will not be lacking 160 apartments planned directly from the designer, entirely furnished with the collection Armani House, as well as with creations specially realized.

but does this mean Armani will be chilling out til 2008, still as a designer?
