Is this a dig at Hermes by... having a PR campaign that depends on us still being in the same century where Mr Ed could be carted off to the glue factory, and not 2024 where 'vegan' has become synonymous with 'synthetic' rather than representing a more natural approach. And if it is natural, does that mean my bag has the potential to biodegrade? How much use could you expect to get from it? What kind of lifespan for the cost?

It's good that people have choices, but at the same time, don't sell me horseshit.

And I'm not sure whether fillers and botox are vegan, having been tested on animals, but again, it's a choice.
