Androgyny In Fashion And Models

hi semolinaplichard
what's the source of these lovely images?

ahhh, i took them off my photobucket, and they've been there so long i don't recall the sources- i see i can't delete them anymore but will completely understand if that needs to be done.
the last however is tina tahir's work at tinatahir.com.
terribly sorry about that.

oh awsome new pictures! thanks everyone

i am so obsessed with milla jovovich right now!
some editorials from Vogue Italia November 1997

hehe, oh yes. thank you :) have you seen the movie '.45'?

i always thought Lara looked rather androgynous except for her cup size. i mean, her own clothes look like they belong to a boy or something, really not your typical model street style.

here are some of Anja Rubik from Numero september 2007

I have not seen that film! Yes, Lara has always been androgynes -_-

I think that only really femenine women can look sexy and good in men's clothes...

well, if that may be a good description of androgyny - and of many pics posted here: a matter of make-up, hairdo and clothes - that may be why i'm more intrigued by transgender than by androginy. (and that could be the difference between daria and mila for instance... i mean, the fact that daria may express a sense of masculinity also when she's styled as a perfect woman. see the 2nd walk for versace this season for instance).
ok, this is a part of my reflections! sorry!

i guess you are right gius i was quite obsessed with milla and thought i would post all the pics i find that lingers on masculinity

oh i like all the new pictures! i like that photo of Freja too unipine

oh Milla Milla Milla

I love androgyny to a point; women that flirt that masculinity butstill retain femininity are where it's at for me. However, when theandrogyny goes so far that there is hardly anything feminine about themodel (where you're thinking, Is that seriously a girl?), that is where the appeal is lost for me. I guess it's all the in the subtlety.

She looks great. Who is it?
