just from the trailer alone it really does feel like she's taken it a notch further with the cinematic ambience....the use of orchestration is definitely a new approach.
interesting though,i read a snippet from an interview in mojo and it said morricone wasn't actually part of those she was inspired by this time but you can certainly hear his spirit here. probably already existed within her as with many artists.
it's really a fantastic time right now....goldfrapp is back with a more lushly-inspired album and now anna with her cinematic inclinations....i think many of us might be in quite a dream-state this autumn and winter for sure.
