Anna Ewers

Alexander Wang S/S 2015 by Steven Klein :buzz:

ALL ABOARD THE WANG EXPRESS: Spring campaign or spring break? Alexander Wang brought the party to his spring ads, which were shot on a suped-up party bus, complete with disco lights and at least one shot of model Anna Ewers dangling through the sunroof. Wang is an unapologetic fan of the mobile party. “It’s the secret to prolonging a good night,” he said. “There have been so many times when people leave a club and they have to split up and find taxis or get stuck in traffic. They sober up. The party bus is the traveling party. It never stops.” His art director, Pascal Dangin of KiDS Creative, has come along for the ride several times and had the idea for the concept, shot by Steven Klein and featuring Ewers, Binx Walton, Dylan Xue, Lexi Boling, Sarah Brannon and Vanessa Moody. “It felt so authentic,” Wang said. “All the girls are girls who come out with me. We got the set and said, ‘It kind of just feels like last weekend.’”

The Anna Ewers express train shows no signs of slowing down anytime soon.

Girl keeps killing it. What a star.

I really love her expression in that picture.

Alexander Wang Spring-Summer 2015

The latest campaign for Alexander Wang is bright, colorful and filled with covetable clothes, but it works mainly because the images ring true. Is there any designer more likely to charter a party bus and rave across New York with a bevy of models?
Steven Klein (Art Partner) vibrant ads take the sneaker-centric spring collection and reimagine it as a rollicking good time complete with neon colors and glimpses of the Manhattan skyline peeking out from the bus’ open roof. Pascal Dangin‘s skillful art direction keeps the campaign’s LED imagery and flashing lights from ever seeming chaotic, while Karl Templer‘s styling keeps the focus firmly on those killer clothes. Models Sarah Brannon, Anna Ewers, Binx Walton, Dylan Xue, Lexi Boling and Vanessa Moody are all along for the party, making each photo seem like an expression of youthful jubilance.

^Yes, please. German royalty.

BTW, if anyone is interested I could translate the article.

I'm so impressed by her and her career management. She's unstoppable. Looking spectacular everywhere she appears. Crazy.

Someone get Anna, Lara and Georgia in an editorial together please.

I would buy whatever a campaign with Anna ,Lara, and CLAUDIA was selling! That Bardot Blonde threesome would be power! Cant believe this hasnt happened yet? Givenchy Lanvin Balenciaga maybe..?

I think Georgia gives off a Bardot vibe too though, but I agree Claudia and Anna would be iconic!
