Ohh I know this sounds really silly but this particular style of fringe have a name. Anna has it in a few photos it was popular in the 60s , it's a full fringe with longer bits on either side.

Yeah Marianne Faithfull had it too. I really like it because it means you can wear your hair back/up without it being harsh on your face
