Unreal ? i don't think so, after 10-15 years looking models all the time, ppl's brain just get used details and as well interdisciplinary look, even if seen 3 times or million times, then anyone able to recognize.

It's really great Anna was at YSL, her nose is so unique (very unsymmetrical) + the shape of her face, and these were helped me about recognized her.
