Was this video ever posted? It's from Cacharel FW10 and she talks at different moments. At 1'20" is her reaction to the thermal shock because the makeup artist explains the wintery weather makes his hands cold which makes the cream a bit colder but Anna replies "it's not a bit, it's very cold" lol.
