Another mystery boot type?

I've seen some similar to these before, the fold down tops are either functional or just for show and these have no zips.

Ideas anyone?

type? or designer?...type I would say it's the spin off of vivienne westwood 'pirate boot's they'd probably be referred to as such in high street stores.

Edit: sorry I don't mean vivienne westwood...but I have seen alot of boots like this recently, (also ones with buckles that are vivienne westwood-esque), alot of folded top boots this season

Marc by Marc Jacobs has a simalar boot out this season. I cannot remember if it has the flap at the top though.
