We’ve been following every step of Anouk Hagemeijer. Editorials, runways and extras. Here is a little extra, a bright little extra by Eric Guillmain. As there is no better topic than a model we love working with a photographer we love, here we go for a picture that perfectly embodies our vision of both Eric and Anouk. We know him as one of these photographers who captures some little things other don’t and count him among the ones who influenced our tastes. While we owe to Chadwick Tyler to unveil some hidden sides of the models he works with, while we’re mesmerized by the atmospheres on Jonathan Leder’s or James Mahon’s shots, we’ll always remain sincerely thankful to Eric for his talent to catch some particular moments. The unexpected pose. The mood of a minute. Our readers on FDIB already knows it, we love Anouk. She appeared in V and Glamour Italia, walked for Marithé + François Girbaud and Erin Fetherston among others, both with avant-garde castings. Big brown brows. Drama. Intensity. We can only trust Eric when he told us working with her was intense. We can only believe it looking at the picture. Let’s say it again, she’s fabulous

Pony, I'm not sure if she had another picture, it was a multi girl thing ;)

This girl is quite something. The showcard is incredible. I simply love her eyes... there's something about them.
Thanks for posting!

Thank you maud, I was wondering about her last week. I wish we saw more of her, maybe she will turn up in Paris again.

thank you Pony for posting the interview, and for asking her such good questions, not so generic, thanks!

I really think Anouk has tons of potential to become big. I love her look, the eyebrows, i agree, are magnificent.

She came in Milan for a job and finally stayed during the whole week. She worked non-stop and couldn’t leave without leaving her marks in town. Soon, we’ll see her in magazines in editorials and even much, much more. She also took to the opportunity of this quick trip to walk for Neil Barrett during Menswear collections, sharing the catwalk with no other than Auguste Abeliunaite. Not bad for few days only.

Anouk is well known as the Dutch girl with thick eye-brows and graceful attitude, intense gaze and delicate expressions. A model with these subtle contrasts that build an image. Scouted by Skin Model Management in The Netherlands and pushed on the international scene by Ford NY and Nathalie Paris, she’s now taking her slice of stardom in Milan with d’management (precious boutique or dream factory ?). It seems this new chapter in her career started right. Anouk is ahead of the game. Again.

LOVE these polas :woot: Thanks for posting! Great to know she's working a lot - so we have something to look forward to :shifty:

I have just seen her on FDIB  She's got loads of potential!
There might be something with big brows today, there might be some limitless love for graceful brunettes with dramatic gaze. There might be a way to pump up the volume without shouting too loud in the mic, there might be a way to rock a sock without turning it upside down. There is a will, there is a way. And there is the little kick from a little luck. As we wrote it on Lexposure.net yesterday, Anouk came in Milan for one job and stayed for the week. She gathered a couple of first class bookings in her roster going from menswear runway to magazines. But Anouk will always stay our favorite whatever happens, the girl from Skin Models, Amsterdam who made her way via Ford NY, Nathalie Paris and other Place Hamburg has now the opportunity to make it in Milan with d'management (with a d like in dream factory). She's ready to turn noise into melodies and we stay tuned for more, ready too to make a little medley of Anouk's future hits. Keep your eyes open and turn on your laptop screen.

Same with me! I refuse to believe she won't make it big. She grabbed my attention at the first show I spotted her at [Erin Fetherston], she is special, and I adore the new polaroids.
