Not exactly a fan of the actual clothing, but the way the fabric changes with light/no light is really quite unexpected and brilliant.

Do the colors change under black/uv light or camera flash, I would think a change that drastic would definitely be the former. Though if it did change with camera flash, that would be a very amusing thing to wear on the red carpet with all the photographers taking pics
