because I can't get into any section (collections, expositions etc.)

It works fine on my Firefox browser - to watch the collections you just should click on the globe on the left and choose the 'enter' button when it shows up. Otherwise perhaps you should update your Flash version - I had to do it on accessing this new site. Good luck
