In addition to winning development contracts from Saint International, each valued at $150, 000, and a BlackBerry Pearl mobile phone donated by Digicel, both were also signed by international model agency Next.
The revelations of the international signings were made known before the actual winners were announced. The judges were veteran model scout Khalid Munroe; a director from Wilhelmina Models, Roman Young; a scout from Next Model Management, Jason Valenta and rising international stylist Kevin O'Brian.
SAINT International's Ashane Rose reportedly made an impressive debut at London Fashion Week which wrapped yesterday.
Ashane's strut was favoured among London's designers and casting directors who booked her for their Spring Summer 2011 fashion collections. Ashane walked for eight British designers -- Henry Holland, Felder Felder, Betty Jackson, Louise Gray, Unconditional, Vivienne Westwood, Erdem and Issa. She is said to have made an impression at the Henry Holland show, and she also helped to select music for the show and even included the popular tune Hold You by Reggae artiste Gyptian.

"Ashane has an infectious high energy that we knew would charm the clients in London. Her youthful, boyish looks we also knew would appeal to the best fashion clients, and we were on point," commented Deiwght Peters, CEO Saint International.
Ashane was also featured in the London Times while doing her fittings for the legendary British designer, Vivienne Westwood.
A release from Peters notes that Saint models have featured on the catwalks at Fashion Week in New York and London. The release further states that more than 50 designer collections featured Saint models in New York alone.
"What is important to note is that London was Ashane's first market, so its exceptional that she racked up such runway mileage without a push from New York," Peters states.
Ashane was discovered by Peters and went on to win the Fashion Face of the Caribbean in 2009. She was signed on the spot by Next Models worldwide and started a development programme in the summer of that year.
Ashane has her eyes set on being the first black face to appear for a Prada campaign.
