I still find where is Elbaz in this collection. This is some graduated designers' first season NYFW as best.

I like the idea of inviting different designers for the brand, but they need to do a better job of finding good designers for the collaboration

They need to be more careful about choosing their future collaborators because this collection is just... not good. And I'm actually curious if this will sell as they probably won't have a loyal customer base due to the constant switching of the aesthetics.

Who is this Ester Manas?? It seems she has a fetish for plus-size models...add the weird looking clothes here, and I feel like I having a look at "People of Wallmart" strange pics.

A fat women who designs one-sized clothing that has dozens of drawstrings to shrink and grow the clothing. The stuff is hideous though.

Her shows are like a game of find the sample-sized model. The answer?

There isn't any. They're walking for designers that matter.

They should shut this brand down. Lanvin has the archives and the Elbaz aesthetic is being used there (to an extent), so what is the point of this?

Geez talk about a sudden 180 with the aesthetic of the brand…

I get that the designer was invited to do the collection, but the look and quality of this is a flat out no from me. And I don’t want to see shirred drawstrung garments for a good couple of years please and thanks. But if one insists, do something better than this.

lol the man was there for a minute and now we have to endure ANOTHER label operating under a deceased person’s ‘vision’? give me a break..

He’s gone, it’s sad but we’re all joining him sooner or later.. shut this down…

The label had investors, they hired teams, created infrastructure, a business plan, etc. It is
painful for us to watch but it's even more painful for them to see all their money go down the drain. You can't blame them for wanting to salvage some kind of business even if you and I already know it's doomed.
