what are these shirt/dress things that you wear over leggings and jeans called? i've been looking for them everywhere and can't find them!

yeah babydoll---shorter ones are tunics..
and they are everywhere....check topshop or h&m or forever 21 , etc...

this needs to move...
taking it over to personal style....
or maybe trendspotting?...
