GREAT customer service. i bought the turquoise patent from mona moore and the owner is SO nice!
they are sold out now of all lanvin flats, but i know they are getting red patent and blk crystal in for the fall.
fyi....i saw the blk crystal in this months Bazaar (BEAUTIFUL!) they retail for $1895!
also www.luisaviaroma.com will have more for the fall
i have a few pairs and LOVE them, but really want violet satin....if anyone sees any please let me know!

ETA...sorry didn't read that whole post cutie j...if you prefer not calling and talking, i would email mona moore, satine or lusia via roma. i have had great luck email and calling....all have great customer service and will respond. i don't believe they take actually pre-orders, but will contact you when the fall lanvin arrive.
i don't know if you will have the same luck with Barneys, but i am sure they have an email on their website.
