meeky- that's a pair you definitely need to try before you buy. i was hell bent on getting the white in early may, but they looked TERRIBLE on me. they're EXTREMELY FLAT (there are flats and then there are flats) and i imagine would only be flattering on someone who is very tall. also, they have no support whatsoever.

lmelanie - the only satin lanvin flats i have heard about for fall are black with crystals. mona moore will be getting ones with red crystals. call and put your name on there waiting list. (1.800.691.0674). otherwise i have only heard of leather, distressed leather and patent for fall.

nat attack - kira at satine is SO nice. she told me they will be opening a location in NY this (or next) year (i can't remember exactly when). of course it would be much more fun to just visit la. hopefully soon!

mona moore will be getting red patent for fall. if you want them i would call now. they already have a list. i lucked out by getting my turq. patent there, but by the time they had them on their website they were sold out.
i can't remember whom i dealt with there, but they are really nice!

Repetto Comme des garcons

Does anyone have a photo of these? I purchased a pair of repettos today and the SA told me they were the same of the CDG repetto released last year. It does not says CDG anywhere. I love them so it does not matter but I am curious - there must be some difference?
