I got some black velvet ones on ebay a year ago or so.

I see them pop up a lot. Size 7 seems to come up the most. The style is discontinued so ebay is really your only bet.

Well, I just got a pair of the Chanel classic beige/black ballet flats -- an expensive 40th birthday present. But I also have some Saks Fifth Avenue black/black ones, an Ann Taylor dark brown suede/black pair and a Talbots taupe/black pair.

Me & my friend just bought a pair of Hollywould ballet flats with the detachable ribbons that tie around the ankle after seeing Liv Tyler living in them (she either wears those or her Converse most of the time). Anyways... they are AWESOME!!!!!!!!!
The leather is beyond soft & the sole is amazing & really bendable. It feels like you are wearing real ballet slippers. Trust me I know about this after spending over 15 years in ballet classes. Alot of that time was spent in pointe shoes but you cant talk about comfort when your talking about pointe shoes.
